Blue LED - System Status Indicator for Gas

  • LED Solid ON : Gas ON - Gas Servo open, gas burner heating the boiler

  • LED OFF : Gas on Pilot Light Setting – Boiler at set pressure

Red LED – System Status/Alert Indicator

Red LED Blinking : Alert

  • Low Input voltage

  • Low water level in the Boiler Feed-water Tank

  • Boiler water level – demand for water not yet satisfied

Red LED Solid ON : Safety-critical Alarm

  • Critical low input voltage

  • Pressure sensor connection fail - Pressure sensor not connected properly (this is a dangerous situation), the controller will no longer be able to maintain the boiler pressure.

  • Boiler Gauge Sensor Temperature (green wire) connection fail - Temperature sensor not connected properly (this is a dangerous situation), the controller will not be able to maintain the boiler water level.

  • Boiler water level not achieved, pump not able to supply enough cold water into the boiler - To protect the boiler the gas servo will switch to pilot flame - Check the functionality of the pump

  • Low Cold/Feed Tank water level and low boiler water level – Remove model from water immediately, close gas supply and investigate.

Additional Items Required

  • Two Servos (one for gas, one for water) or One Servo for gas when an electric Water Pump is connected)

  • On/ Off switch

  • Cold Tank – Boiler Feed-water Tank - low water level sensor

  • Gas pipe (⅛” - 3.2mm Diameter) and water pipe (5/32” - 4mm diameter)

  • Gas control valve (90° closed to full open, lever valve)

  • Feed-water control valve (90° closed to full open, lever valve)

  • Electric Feed Pump - Must be capable of supplying more water than your boiler and engine combination will consume to ensure the water level in the boiler will rise and satisfy the systems demand for water. Must be capable of overcoming the boiler pressure

Electrical Specifications:

  • ABC Current Consumption: 30 mA average
    (The servo current consumption may be higher and will vary with different servos.)

  • 4.8V to 12V (any type of battery)

  • Polarity protection on power input

  • Pressure set : 0 – 6.3Bar

  • ABC Power Output - 5V Out for optional Electric Water Pump
